Roles and Responsibilities
Experience of Formulation IP for regulated market like US, CA, AU
– Should be proficient in different patent search databases, online patent searches and prepare patent landscape and clearance reports
– Good understanding of infringement analysis, freedom to operate and strategy clearance
– Should have exposure of different dosage forms and ability to discuss with R&D for strategy clearance
– Should have experience of patent opposition and preparing patent invalidation reports
– Able to draft, file and prosecute patent applications and manage patent portfolio
– Identify new product opportunities for early market entry
– Experience of emerging markets preferred.
– Able to provide response to IP queries of different stakeholders – e.g. portfolio, business, project management, marketing etc.
