  Job description:

  1. Inspection and testing of process and packing operations recording and reporting of results and act on conformities.
  2. Monitoring of product quality, in-process control and manufacturing environment.
  3. Ensure cGMP on shop floor along with documentation.
  4. Ensure calibration of IPQA instruments as per calibration planner and maintenance of IPQA equipments.
  5. Approval of line clearance during product and batch change over.
  6. Review all BMR, BPR for their correctness and retention till destruction.
  7. Sampling of finished goods, stability, validation and other samples and documentation.
  8. Review of quality records in periodical basis.
  9. Ensure the issuance of BMR/BPR to RM/PM Stores.
  10. Sampling of finished goods, control samples & their retention till destruction.
