02 Renal failure: Sulfonamides

03 Insomnia: caffine , Theophylline, amphetamine

04 Hyperthyroidism: Adrenaline

05 Prostate enlargement: adrenergic drugs

06 Odema: estradiol, NSAIDs, All steroids

07 Head injury: Morphine.

08 Renal failure: NSAIDS like Ibuprofen/ Aspirin / Digoxin / Antacids / Laxatives-Milk of Magnesia / Decongestants like Pseudoephedrine / Contrast dye used in CT or MRI / Sulpha drugs / Salt substitutes containing potassium.

09 Cirrhosis of liver: Phenbarbitone sodium, Alcohol, Valproate

10 Congestive Cardiac Failure: Quinidine

11 Intestinal obstruction Atropine / Morphine

12 Peptic ulcer Salicylates (Aspirin), Ibuprofen, Diclofenac etc

13 G6PD deficient patient Chloroquine, sulpha drugs, dapsone. quinolones

14 Hypertension – Adrenaline, other sympathomimetics

15 Hypokalemia – Digitalis, Thiazide Diuretics
