Job Description:
We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our Quality Control / Production Department. As part of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing processes. Candidates with experience ranging from 2-8 years or freshers with a strong educational background in Chemistry are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality control tests and inspections on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to product quality or production efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of testing procedures and results.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and implement quality initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry or related field.
- Prior experience in quality control or production in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred but not required for freshers.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
